We collect personal and professional information necessary to deliver Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Tech Platform (Tender Assist™, Proconstruct™), and Placement Cell services:

• Contact Information: Full name, official email address, phone number, company name, and location.
• Professional & Engineering Data: Project drawings, BOQ spreadsheets, engineering specifications, CVs, academic transcripts, and training enrollment details.
• Authentication & Cloud Data: Google OAuth profile details (Name, Email, Profile Picture) when logging into the CBG Cloud Console.

2. Use of Information

Information collected is strictly used to:

• Prepare accurate engineering cost estimates, architectural/structural drafts, and pre/post-contract BOQs.
• Connect qualified candidates from the CBG Placement Cell with accredited engineering employers in GCC and India.
• Deliver course materials and certifications for the 12-Module QS Professional Training Academy.
• Synchronize user inquiry forms and recruitment submissions with secure cloud databases and connected Google Sheets integrations.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We maintain strict non-disclosure compliance for all proprietary project files, CAD/BIM models, and commercial tendering documents submitted by contractors or developers. We do not sell, rent, or lease client data to third parties.

4. Data Security & Storage

All transmitted client data, cloud dashboard logins, and project files are encrypted in transit and at rest using standard modern cryptographic protocols.
