Effective Date: October 2026 | Carbon Blue Global (CBG) Professional Service Standards
1. Scope of Engineering & QS Services
Carbon Blue Global provides pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying, Structural & MEP drafting, BIM modeling, software platforms (Tender Assist™, Proconstruct™), and technical training. All consultancy work complies strictly with standard measurement frameworks including POMI, CESMM4/7, IS 1200, and FIDIC contract conditions.
2. Professional Standards & Estimations
While CBG utilizes proprietary automated takeoff technology and experienced Senior Engineers to produce highly accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), final tender pricing remains subject to contractor site conditions and market rates at bid submission.
3. Training Academy & Certificates
Enrollment in the CBG 12-Module QS Training Academy grants trainees access to copyrighted courseware, mentor sessions with Er. Jubair K V, and Placement Cell registration. Course completion certificates are awarded upon successful assessment of real-world project assignments.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary software, Tender Assist™ algorithms, training materials, and logo assets are the intellectual property of Carbon Blue Global. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and applicable commercial regulations across Qatar and GCC member states.
