Facade design
Designed for the Gulf sun
Light, shade and the way a facade reads at every hour. Fins, recessed glazing and shading screens are drawn together, so the elevation holds its pattern from first light to the lit windows at night.
Morning.Low sun skims the fins. Shadows run long and the glazing stays cool and even.
Midday.High sun, short shadows. Screens and fins carry the pattern while the glass stays calm.
Golden hour.The sky warms and the facade turns to bronze and blue as the shadows lengthen again.
Night.Windows light one by one and the tower settles into the skyline.

A floor plan is only a promise until you can stand in it. We take the layout from labelled rooms to walls, openings, furniture and finishes, then walk you in at eye level.

What architectural design services do you offer?
We offer concept design, space planning, 3D visualisation, working drawings, elevations and facade design, authority drawings, interior design, fit-out drawings, details and schedules. Clients use us for a single stage or the full set of drawings.
Can you prepare authority submission drawings?
Yes. We prepare architectural drawings to the submission requirements of the project's authority, such as municipality and civil defence in Qatar, Dubai Municipality and Abu Dhabi requirements in the UAE, and local development control rules in India. Send the authority's checklist with your brief.
Do you prepare interior design and fit-out drawings?
Yes. We prepare interior layouts, finishes, furniture plans, and ceiling, flooring, partition and joinery drawings for fit-out contractors. Schedules and 3D renders are included where the client needs them for approval.
Do you produce 3D renders and walkthroughs?
Yes. We produce rendered images of exteriors and interiors from the design model, so clients can review layout, materials and light before construction. Walkthroughs are available when the project needs them.
Which standards and countries do you work to?
We follow the local standards of the project's country plus accepted international practice. That means QCS and QCDD requirements in Qatar, SBC in Saudi Arabia, the Dubai Building Code and UAE Fire and Life Safety Code in the UAE, and NBC and local development control rules in India.
